Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging remain intact
Items show no signs of wear, use, or damage

For hygiene reasons, socks, sleep masks, and intimate accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help with an exchange, subject to availability. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

We recommend exchanges whenever possible to ensure faster resolution and reduce unnecessary shipping impact.

International Orders

We ship Bamboo House worldwide. Please note:

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any associated fees
Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

A Note on Care

Our fabrics are intentionally delicate and designed for comfort. Items that have been washed, worn, or altered cannot be accepted for return.
