International Orders (including Dubai)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and/or brokerage fees assessed by your local authorities. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or events outside our control.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, incorrect address information, or carrier/customs issues beyond our control, we may deduct original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any applicable fees from any eligible refund, to the extent permitted by law.

Informal Resolution First

Arbitration (U.S. Customers)

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, and to the extent permitted by law, you and Bamboo House agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or products purchased through the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you and Bamboo House agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Exceptions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the website.

International / Consumer Law Carve-Out

If you are a consumer located outside the United States, or if the laws of your jurisdiction do not allow arbitration or certain waivers, then those provisions may not apply to you and your local consumer protection rights remain in effect.
