Shipping Policy

For standard U.S. orders, processing time is up to 2 business days after the order is placed.

Orders placed after 12PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.

For international orders, processing time is up to 4 business days after the order is placed.

Standard U.S. Shipping (4–8 Business Days) is $18.

Express U.S. Shipping (2–3 Business Days) is $25.

International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

Every Bamboo House order is carefully packaged in our signature branded packaging.

Our signature Bamboo House gift box is available as an add-on for $15 at checkout.

Customers may add multiple gift boxes to their order for gifting purposes.

Please note that orders will still arrive in premium Bamboo House packaging even if a gift box is not added.

Gift boxes are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
Gift box availability is subject to inventory
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Bamboo House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
